Dr. Rohini Anand is Founder and CEO of Rohini Anand LLC providing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) advisory services to clients in the public and private sectors. Most recently Rohini was SVP Corporate Responsibility and Global Chief Diversity Officer for Sodexo where she reported to the Global CEO and was a member of Sodexo’s North America Executive Committee.
Rohini is the author of the book Leading Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: A Guide for Systemic Change in Multinational Organizations, and has been featured in numerous publications such as CNBC, The Boston Globe, The New York Times, and the Washington Post. She is the recipient of the Mosaic Woman Leadership Award, the Women’s Foodservice Forum Trailblazer Award, Webster University’s Women of Influence Award and the Who’s Who in Asian American Communities Award (WWAAC).
Dr. Anand received her PhD from the University of Michigan. She serves on the boards of several organizations including WomenLift Health, a Gates Foundation initiative, Aspen Institute’s Family Prosperity Initiative, and Galt Foundation. She also serves on the external diversity advisory boards for Sanofi and for Charter Communications and chaired the Catalyst Board of Advisors. Rohini is a Senior Fellow with the Conference Board and is on the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Center for Inclusive Governance’s Advisory Council.
Orin Snyder is a senior litigation partner in the New York office of Gibson Dunn. He is a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and Co-Chair of the Global Trial Practice Group. A former federal prosecutor, Orin is widely recognized as one of the nation’s leading trial lawyers and litigators. He has been named General Commercial Attorney of the Year by Benchmark Litigation and one of the top business trial lawyers in the United States by Chambers. Orin’s practice focuses on technology and other media litigation, complex commercial disputes, and internal investigations.
Orin was born and raised in New York City. He is deeply committed to pro bono work and is engaged in cases ranging from racial justice and criminal justice reform, to defending the First Amendment, and advocating for the rights of individuals impacted by discriminatory policies. Orin is also active in the community and in public affairs. In addition to being a member of Tent Partnership for Refugees’ Board of Directors, Orin is also Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Ethical Culture Fieldston School, and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the David Lynch Foundation.
Wendy Woods is Boston Consulting Group’s Vice Chair, Social Impact, Climate & Sustainability.
Based in Boston, she has worked extensively across Europe, Africa, and Asia. Wendy is responsible for BCG’s work in climate and sustainability; diversity, equity, and inclusion; sustainable and innovative finance; global health and development; education; and humanitarian response. She works with businesses, investors, governments, and social sector organizations, helping clients rethink business’s role in society, create inclusive and sustainable strategies and operations, improve effectiveness, develop public-private partnerships, and drive positive change. Wendy has given two TED talks, “Collective cooperation in the social sector” and “The business benefits of doing good”, and is a member of the Advisory Council for the Elevate Prize Foundation, as well as a board member for OpenSC, a company focused on creating transparent, verified, sustainable, and fair wage supply chains.
