Christopher Ratsch has been a member of the Management Board of Mast-Jägermeister SE since 2017. He is responsible for supply chain, finance, purchasing, IT, legal, sustainability, production and product development at the globally successful premium herbal liqueur. Jägermeister has been produced exclusively in the small town of Wolfenbüttel in northern Germany for 90 years and is now exported to more than 150 countries worldwide. The family-owned company employs approximately 1,000 people worldwide.
Christopher has proven expertise, particularly in the area of finance. From 2006 until joining Jägermeister, he held various positions within the Lufthansa Group. Christopher started his career at the turn of the millennium at KPMG Corporate Finance in Frankfurt, where he worked for five years as an M&A consultant with a focus on privatisations and infrastructure projects.
Prior to that, Christopher completed a Master of Science in Management at EM Strasbourg Business School in France and holds a degree in Business Administration from Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen-Nuremberg.
Born in Germany, he also holds British citizenship. He lives near Frankfurt with his wife and enjoys cycling and skiing in his spare time.
