Hélène van Melle

Hélène is the Country Director for the Netherlands, where she oversees Tent’s work to mobilize major companies to hire, train, and mentor refugees across the country. Prior to Tent, she worked for over twenty years at Accenture in consulting and global HR roles and was part of the Accenture team that set up the Refugee Talent Hub in the Netherlands, accelerating the path to employment for refugees by connecting companies to refugee talent. Hélène has a Master’s in Business Economics.
