Fast company agrees: Hiring refugees is good for business

Produced in partnership with the Fiscal Policy Institute, the report highlights that hiring refugees is good for businesses, especially those that are looking to increase retention rates. The research found that, of the companies surveyed, 73% experienced higher retention rates for refugee employees compared to other employees.
