French national newspaper Les Echos reports on Tent Members and the benefits of hiring refugees
On World Refugee Day 2019, Marie Bellan at Les Echos highlighted several French companies that are members of the Tent Partnership. Ipsos, Sodexo, Accor, L’Oréal, and Engie share their respective experiences and the business benefits of hiring refugees.
CEO and founder of Ipsos, Didier Truchot, said, “Refugees have a lower turnover than the average employee, and a greater commitment to their jobs. Because they have overcome so many obstacles, they come out stronger.” Les Echos reports that Ipsos aims to hire 100 refugees by September 2020.
