Reuters: European consumers back businesses supporting refugees
Marking World Refugee Day 2019, the Reuters covered Tent’s newly released report entitled How Helping Refugees Helps Brands: Europe.
The report, published in partnership with New York University’s Stern School of Business, found that European consumers in Italy, France and Germany are more likely to buy a product from businesses that supports refugees – and that millennials are particularly supportive of these efforts.
Tent Executive Director, Gideon Maltz, noted, “Businesses in Europe have an opportunity to have a real social impact on an issue that needs business engagement, and to attract more consumers to their brands.”
