Prior to Tent, Jafar was the Director of Finance and Accounting at Iona Senior Services in Washington D.C. where he was responsible for day to operation of finance, accounting, payroll, and government contracts. Before that, he was the Director of Financial Analysis and later promoted to Comptroller at Commonpoint Queens in NY.
Jafar has a BA in Political Science from the City University of New York – Hunter College, and an Executive MBA from The George Washington University. He is also a Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) in Database Development and Administration.
