Linh Peters most recently served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Walgreens where she was responsible for the vision, strategic direction and performance of Walgreens’ marketing across the U.S. Healthcare, Pharmacy and Retail businesses.
Prior to Walgreens, Linh was the Global Chief Marketing Officer at Calvin Klein where she led marketing, branding, and customer experience across retail, e-commerce, wholesale, and licensing for EMEA, Asia and the Americas. Prior to Calvin Klein, Linh held leadership roles at Starbucks, Ulta Beauty, and Target where she brought a consumer centric lens to leveraging data, insights, and technology to redefine marketing and the customer experience.
Linh holds her bachelor’s degree in public relations and advertising and her MBA from the University of Minnesota. She currently serves on the North America Board of Directors for MMA Global and the Board of Advisors for the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management. She has been named one of Business Insider’s “CMOs to Watch” and Brand Innovators’ “Top 100 Women in Marketing.”
As an immigrant and refugee that fled Vietnam in 1980, Linh credits the community of support her family received as integral to her career and success. In 2021, Linh had the opportunity to pay it forward by helping to resettle an Afghan refugee family of nine in Seattle, WA.
