In 2019 Dura Vermeer committed to finding employment opportunities for 45 refugees over three years at the company and in its network. 

Having already successfully placed 75 refugees in jobs, in 2022, Dura Vermeer committed to train, mentor, and hire an additional 20 refugees over two years at the company and in its network.
