Supply Chain

H&M Group committed to scaling its efforts to hire refugees in its supply chain in Turkey. Currently, H&M works with 20 suppliers in Turkey and has approximately 500 refugees in its supply chain. By 2025, H&M will double the number of suppliers it works with on this effort from 20 to 40 to reach at least 2,000 refugees. In addition, H&M Group will use the power of its brand to advocate for formal employment opportunities for refugees in host countries such as Ethiopia.

Mentorship

In 2021, H&M Group committed to mentoring 50 refugee women in Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands over three years.

Hiring & Training

H&M is part of Tent México and Tent Deutschland, exploring opportunities to help refugees and other forcibly displaced people enter the labor market in these two countries, including through employment or job preparation.
