OMNI Facilities Management is a member of Tent UK, exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market, including through employment or job preparation.

OMNI Facilities Management has recruited over 700 refugees in the UK into housekeeping, kitchen, and property services roles, with 16% of its workforce being of refugee background. To support refugees into roles, OMNI Facilities Management has also provided them with accommodation for at least 6 months through the UK Government’s Homes for Ukraine Scheme. As the majority of its refugee hires are Ukrainian, OMNI Facilities Management hired three Ukrainian recruiters to support language needs.
