TCS is helping provide better access to employment and supporting the economic inclusion of Ukrainian refugee women in Europe.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is part of Tent U.S., Tent Canada, Tent Deutschland, and Tent España, exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market in these four countries, including through employment or job preparation.

Mentorship

In 2022, Tata Consultancy Services committed to mentoring 50 refugee women in Germany and the Netherlands over three years.

Tata Consultancy Services is mentoring refugee women in Spain as part of Tent’s Mentorship Initiative.

In-kind Donation

TCS provides in-kind donations as well as pro-bono services to refugee-focused organizations.
