Hiring & Training

In 2022, TenneT committed to hiring 40 refugees and offering six traineeships in the Netherlands over five years. TenneT will provide its refugee employees with individualized coaching and training focusing on Dutch business culture.

In Germany and in the Netherlands, TenneT committed to facilitating apprenticeships to help refugees find employment.

TenneT is part of Tent Deutschland, exploring opportunities to help refugees enter the labor market, including through employment or job preparation.

A group of TenneT managers are also mentoring refugees.
