World Refugee Week 2020: Tent launches campaign to showcase refugees’ contributions during COVID-19
In the lead up to World Refugee Day 2020, the Tent Partnership for Refugees, in partnership with NationSwell – a creative agency for social good – is launching a campaign to celebrate refugees’ contributions through work during the COVID-19 crisis.
Featuring refugee workers from some of Tent’s member companies, including Barilla, Chobani, and Sodexo, as well as refugee doctors and nurses, the campaign film showcases the refugees that have kept us safe, healthy and nourished during the pandemic, by going to work.
The message of the campaign is simple: refugees have been an essential part of our labor force. They are essential now and essential always – in times of prosperity and pandemic, in times of war and peace. And, as we look to build back a better future for all, refugees will play an integral part in creating the prosperity, stability and safety that we need to move forward.
